		<description>Appearing to remain calm amidst chaos and actually BEING calm through it all are often two different things. We tend to bolt the lid on until after the holiday rush and then wonder why we always get sick shortly afterward.

Learning how to keep our internal cool in a healthy way sounds like a lesson for us all, even for veteran musicians who&#039;ve been through the fire and still gotten standing ovations for keeping it together.
